Performance Assessment
Individual - You are the focus of attention
Whether your sport focus is individual or team oriented, our advanced performance assessment is designed to test an athlete’s fitness level to create a fitness plan that reduces injuries and optimizes peak performance. Assessment includes:
- Motion analysis system – uses state-of-the-art computerized video to capture a quick personalized view of the athlete in motion
- Speed and agility testing – assesses an athletes ability to move quickly and change directions while maintaining control and balance.
- Computerized concussion evaluation - features a scientifically validated standardized computer based tool to assess pre and post-injury cognitive functions
